Description: Experience the century-old artisanal way of harvesting coffee beans while visiting a real small family farm. This is a hands-on experience where you will pick, grind and roast your own coffe beans and get to taste some of the smoothest coffee in the world! This is the only tour that guarantees red beans ready for picking year-round.

Availability: During the month of June, July and August trails tend to sell out completely. Please email us or WhatsApp us to verify availability before you make your tour purchase ;)

Difficulty: To reach the coffee field there is a short steep walk to reach the plants but the rest of the process is accesible to everyone.

Accessibility: This tour is for all ages. You must inform us if anyone joining is younger than 2 or older than 75. It is also available should you have limited mobility or a visual/hearing impairment.

Duration: The tour lasts 8 hours from start to finish with 4 hours spent in the coffee farms and at points of interest.

Departure: This tour departs from our meeting point at Movistar Arena (former Coliseo El Campin). We offer door to door pick-up & drop-off at an extra cost.

Location: This tour takes you to the coffee lands surrounding Bogotá in the nearby town of Silvania. The coffee farm is located about 2 hours from our departure point.

Elevation: The coffee farms sit at 1700 m.a.s.l.

Weather: The average temperature in the coffee lands is 24ºC. We experience light rain 10% of the time and very rarely do we see heavy rain.

Covid-19: The coffee farms have had low exposure to Covid-19 so the locals ask all visitors to follow strict safety protocols. We are expected to wear masks at all times, both inside and outside the vehicle. We will also disinfect our hands and shoes with alcohol at every stop
